It's a rare opportunity to work on developing products and services for which the financial and social impact incentives are completely aligned. - The leadership empowers employees to take on a lot of responsibility and there is a lot of trust amongst peers. Everyone is expected to have a point of view and share it openly. - The culture is flexible, transparent, and empathetic - We use the most modern, cloud-based tools (Slack, G-suite, Figma, etc )which make our work easy and delightful
Cons
It's am early stage startup, so if you're not comfortable with the ambiguity and occasional swirl associated with a young company still in it's early stages of defining it's culture, processes, and tools, you may not like working here.
