Pros

The company truly cares about their employees. They pay a decent wage. Are very understanding that the people working with them are people with lives outside of work and life sometimes happens. This is the least toxic place I have ever worked. Everyone is incredibly welcoming from day one and continue to be nothing but nice. If help is requested, it's given. Growth of individuals is a priority as well. Not to mention what the company is achieving with making prior authorizations as easy as possible for medical offices.

Cons

None I can think of. They seem to be constantly improving from a startup.

Pros

I love that this company puts the providers AND employees first. We are very much a family unit except via Zoom and Headsets. I will say the process was pretty straightforward. I applied, a week later had a phone interview, then a proficiency project of sorts, then another group interview. At first I was skeptical because I wanted a lead to supervisory position (my previous role was a unit supervisor), but I decided to still take the plunge. It's a newer company, with fresh ideas and real room for growth. I received all my equipment within a week, and even though training isn't as long as I am use to, it is comprehensive and I feel like I am well prepared. We also get a stipend for above average internet speeds on a reimbursed basis. I mostly enjoy the positive energy, the transparency and open door policies, additionally, I am now going through a difficult time related to illness of one of my family members. We have amazing benefits, and leave options (some paid) which creates amazing work life balance. I LOVE that is is permanently remote and this was one of the reason I decided to leave my previous employer. I love that we are supported DAY 1.

Cons

I would like to say a more competitive comp package, but this was due to the fact that I was expecting to enter as a lead at the very least, before I interviewed the position was taken down and only offered internally, which I understand. I would like to see tuition reimbursement and maybe 4*10 schedules and early morning schedules. I hope that as we grow as a company it will continue to feel like "home". Places that pay more and are bigger tend to forget about you as an individual. At the end of the day, its new and constantly improving versus something established but set in its way and limited growth or favoritism. I feel like I "fit" here.
