This was my first WFH job and I’m so glad it was. Leadership is fantastic and the company has much better benefits than I’ve experienced at any previous healthcare jobs.

Cons

Pay could definitely be better but that’s one of the drawbacks at most places that are WFH

Cons

Must be on camera the entire shift in a Zoom room with others, micromanaged, performance metrics are at times unattainable, extreme pressure to perform and meet metrics, Pay needs to be better for the amount of work performed
