      Pros

      A lot of PTO & VTO. They are really big on work/life balance. That is why I love working here. I have been here a little over 2 years and I enjoy it. There are some cons but they are a start up company and they have a long way to go. I am sure they will fix a lot of those cons along the way. Go Cohere.

      Cons

      Being moved to different functions every hour or asked to take phone calls when you are not scheduled for phone calls can be very distracting and unable to complete the original work you are scheduled for.

      Continuously being forced to think quickly, learn every day, and adapt to the ebb and flow of business needs. Am challenged in ways that will forever positively impact how I work and solution that I will be able to take with me throughout my career.

      There is definitely a gap with planning.

      Horrific company

      Pros

      The culture is so toxic the only pro I can list is I now know that I will not allow any member of my family to select Humana.

      Cons

      Nursing leadership-pretty foul humans. No ethics or integrity. Makes sense why they aren’t in the actual medical field working.
