This company is an absolute nightmare. Favoritism at its finest. Constant changes without notifying staff and seeing how it would affect everyone in the long run. Constructive criticism was never given. You were the problem and were told to correct it with no guidance. Management were those that had come from other companies (there was a reason they were let go). There is no guidance at all. Lack communication then you are faulted for not following. If you did ask a question you were given a link to a work instruction, figure it out for yourself (the work instructions were absolutely useless). I could go on and on with the many faults. Also, the people who did the start up were gone within a year. So many red flags.

super micromanaged, don't have any opinion or advocate for yourself because it will only get you into trouble. Want you to just sit back and be a minion while those who don't deserve their positions do the bare minimum and reap all of the reward (what little reward there is). There is always confusion because there are way too many cooks in the kitchen. There are people in lead positions that shouldn't be - still mind boggling to me today that they still have their position. If you expect real answers to your questions then this place isn't for you either.
