Tasks are pretty simple for the most part. If you were to need help with anything, support is so easy to obtain. The opportunity for growth is a high chance as well.

Cons

A little more flexibility with the schedule would be nice, but since there's an option to take paid time off when you need it balances everything out.

The best thing about Cohere is the team. Lots of really smart and kind people who want to help each other out.

Cons

The work is very fast-paced and can feel chaotic at times. But with a good team of people, this level of chaos is manageable for people who like it.
