It was headed downhill before the acquisition and more after the acquisition except for small portion in transceivers part. Benefits have been cut down. Management do not want to listen. What the management only care about is how to save their seats. So they change the org structure and remove junior positions instead of firing passionless executives. Only stagnant employees stay because they cannot go anywhere else.
