      High variable interest debt load from merger with II-VI adversely affecting business

      Great people at the works-site; technically challenging; team-oriented atmosphere

      Cons

      Unfortunately management took on variable interest debt during the II-VI merger and subsequently drastically underestimated the impact of Fed interest rate hikes. In addition the 2024 forecast was substantially down-graded resulting in drastic budget cuts & lay-offs company wide.
