      Great Company Attitude

      Fun place to work. Good atmosphere. When any problems or mistakes occur during a build the attitude of supervisors is very much on how we can fix the problem and prevent it from happening again rather than blaming or chastising anyone.

      Cons

      There can be periods of having nothing to do when there are shortages.
