      I'll preface this review with, I think as with much of the remote world if you are in a wonderful dept/ have a great manager I'm sure (although I wouldn't know) things could be different. But that's a gamble because all I've seen is...

      Horrible work culture. Chaos theory/ sink or swim mentality seems to be the order of the day. Even if you do manage to tread water, I've seen colleagues fired for no cause days before a baby was due, as well as disrespectful conduct in meetings from managers (shouting, snapping at people) and lots of late hours for many employees. It's just bad.
