Business Outlook
Pros
CR has great benefits and fun work events. Everyone is really great and even if you are remote they work hard to include remote workers in events! The culture there is one of the best. They also have two weeks off each year in addition to your own PTO. The clients are great and you learn a lot from colleagues and partners.
Cons
Like any other accounting firm there are long busy season hours 60+ for staff with seniors having even longer days. But this is just the way of public accounting it’s inevitable.
