      Amazing people, Easy work at entry level, City Environment with opportunity to work from home, Work events where you get to go to cool Chicago bars and get to know your coworkers outside a work environment. Very cool people

      Depending on which team you work for, which you won’t have much decision in (depends on availability and company needs) you could be working a lot or a little, or you could be hybrid or fully remote

      - Workload distribution is not even throughout the year. Have to slog out on Sundays too for 2 months. The other months it's relatively free. - Delays in conveying Hikes - Not so friendly Management
