      Pros

      Somewhat relaxed atmosphere relative to other accounting firms of similar size. Opportunity to work in multiple industries. Salary in on par with Big 4 public accounting firms. Hours are ridiculous during Tax season, but again not as bad as the Big 4.

      Cons

      Salary is in line with the Big 4, however, all the other benefits are lacking. Office politics play a large role in advancement, performance reviews, spot bonuses, and placement.
