Poor upper management decisions. Record breaking profits but we don't see it in our raises. Always playing catch-up on being competitive with our pay... and they're always falling behind. Depending on your role in the company, work hour expectations can be alot and quite frankly unrealistic. Many who deserve promotions don't get them. Many who don't deserve them, get them. Really affects morale
