      Pros

      Senior manager was nice and company supports pregnancy

      Cons

      HR is never on your side (ears and eyes are everywhere), parking is $10 a day; did not like manager, long hours, .. mostly its HR why I didn't take the job. HR is very nosy and fake. They pretend to be there for you but really just fake it. I do not recommend this office.

      Incredible group of people, made the tough busy season hours manageable.

      Cons

      Long hours (as expected), salary for a new hire with a Masters Degree is the same as a new hire with Undergraduate degree.

      Pros

      If you put in your effort and time, your effort will be acknowledged. They make sure you receive the appreciation you deserve. Also, they are flexible adjusting your portfolio if you would like to experience different industry.

      Cons

      Although you will be recognized for your efforts, that does not mean it will get translated into your paycheck. Benefits are not the greatest.
