Pros

Good bonuses when ever given. Firm is willing to spend money.

Cons

Sometimes it felt like there was a misuse of funds. For example, the firm went the private equity route which shows that it lacked funding. Firm would pay for schooling under unique situations, which sometimes felt like a waste since they would eventually terminate employees even after paying for schooling. Management really needs to do better, as the culture is getting destroyed because of this move to private equity.

Not enough staff to carry workload; unappreciated staff; not clear expectations or reasonable support for staff members; not enough leadership.
