Pros

Nice people, 7.5hr work day not 8hr. Nice office, lots of PTO, ability to move up if you are motivated.

Cons

When you get to higher level they only care about business development, quality of work is terrible, having issue with more partners retiring than coming in. Pay is lower than other comparable firms.

Seniors and people not on the team are all willing to help- helpful environment. Individuals are great unlike HR which is all politics especially the scheduler for assurance staff

Cons

Focus on your goals- they say a lot about caring as a company but it’s all politics from HR. Most seniors are nice though
