Consistently working 50-70 hour work weeks, pay is nowhere near market rate and if you ask for a raise you’re not in a “premium market” and every other excuse in the book. Management is just people who know how to say no in a million different ways. They’ll work you to death and then tell you you’re not contributing enough. Nobody will respect you because you’re just an “admin”.
