      Busy season is tough but not unbearable. Good PTO package. Interesting client mix. Coworkers are great. Very smart people working here, you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      No 401k matching, bonuses underwhelming, good performance gets rewarded with heavier workload (doubt this is unique to CohnReznick)
