Pros

Working remotely, 6 weeks vacation, good benefits, many attempts to build teamwork and unity, cares about work life balance and well being of the employees, close commute, flexible

Cons

TONS of work, lacking resources, poor raises, poor bonuses, too much work and not enough employees, tendency to hire FTEs for busy season and then fire them

Pros

CohnReznick has a great work life balance! You are required to work a lot of hours during busy season (it’s the nature of the game), but the reward is a generous PTO plan. The culture is young and fun and you have plenty of opportunities to interact with people outside of your workgroup. Because it’s a national firm there are many resources and benefits like national A&A and national tax groups with technical experts. There’s also a variety of services and industries, which gives you an opportunity to specialize.

Cons

The 401k isn't matched. Besides that, no real cons to speak of.
