The people are pretty great. and you're heavily challenged to learn a lot. Resume builder. Promotions based on performance vs availability.

Cons

a thankless job. long hours, busy season never feels like it ends. Underpaid, overworked. A sacrifice of mental health at times, a job meant for those who can stomach long hours in front of the computer.

Cons

Toxic work environment. The managers and leadership lack professionalism. It’s a boy club and now that there is a woman leader, it only matters if you’re her friend though.

You'll get paid every two weeks. Lots of free food, new office spaces. They will hire you even with low GPA.

Tremendous hours requirement over and above what is standard for public accounting. Very political workplace promotion structure, you really need to kiss butt to move up. No office privacy until you reach Senior Manager or higher. Pay is low compared to industry. Get your experience and jump
