Pros

CohnReznick has a very accepting and understanding management team, which helps make you comfortable and responsible for your own work. They try to take into consideration your own career goals and client types you prefer to work on.

Cons

CohnReznick has grown greatly in recent years, resulting in very inconsistent application of firm standards, misallocated work loads, and some "cliques" or groups of people with poor attitudes which can create a negative environment.

Pros

-Great work/life balance (outside of tax season) -Employee benefits that come with working for a large national firm -"Young" culture; lots of opportunities to play sports, get involved with event planning, community service, etc. -Provide CPA study resources to employees

Cons

-No 401(k) match -Antiquated expense-reimbursement process that could take weeks to get reimbursed -As with any public accounting firm, you're going to work longer hours than all of your non-CPA friends
