Pros

CohnReznick is large enough that it has the clients/resources of a larger firm but still small enough that you can have direct access to leadership across many lines of business. There is very little hierarchy, and is relatively flat which means that you are able to work on different types of special projects and coloborate with different groups, locations and teams. CohnReznick has a great work life balance, and a generous PTO plan. They also have an enegergtic work environment with multiple ways to get involved with the firm both inside and outside the office. I vouneteered with one of the firms committes that helped to plan different ways to engage staff in philanthropic ininatives. It was a great way to meet people in the business that I did not interact with daily as well as giving back to our communities. As a result of the merger there are a lot of opportunities to help shape the future of the firm as well as develope new processes and programs.

Cons

They are currently experience some growing pains as a result of the 2012 merger.
