No type of real training so it's primarily on the job. Management believes that your lack of understanding what they want you to do and how it should be done falls on you and not on their lack of training and leadership. Different managers will give you multiple task to complete at the same time with no communication between themselves, no direction and no guidance on how to complete them. Also, once you start working on certain clients and industries it is difficult to expand to different ones. Affordable housing is the bread and butter of this company so if that does not interest you, look elsewhere.
