Pros

I cannot think of any besides a select few of individuals.

Cons

Senior Managers and Above have no idea what a team means. They Will throw you under the bus the first chance they get in an effort to make themselves look better for doing little to no work. There are no trainings and they claim they have an open door policy although asking questions is frowned upon.

Pros

Most of the new hires are fresh out of college so it feels like everyone is truly starting from the same point and it’s a great way to make friends. You will learn a lot because you see the audit from start to finish. They offer 21 days of PTO at the entry-level position.

Cons

They only promote people based off of who works the most amount of hours. Quality of work and efficiency don't matter when it comes to promotions. You don’t get any OT pay or comp time for the extra hours you work, which is A LOT between interim and year end work. They claim to be flexible, but they aren’t at all. Very minimal, if any, 401K match.
