Obviously the hours, and job satisfaction largely depends on what engagements you're on. If you're with reasonable managers, the hours aren't awful, but if you get assigned an engagement with a manager that doesn't communicate or manage client expectations well, you will be miserable. Even though the firm pushes communication, there tends to be miscommunication between managers regarding deadlines and who is working on what engagements at what time.
