Pros

Great flexibility and time off during non busy season.

Cons

The pay is lower than market. You get what you pay for to have summer freedom.

Pros

Everyone knows each other by first name and associates are very friendly. Pay is also competitive compared to other accounting firms on the market.

Cons

Work-life balance is poor and partners don't seem to care much about you. Employees are easily disposable and feel under-appreciated. Uneven workload which depends on who you get stuck working with.

Pros

CohnReznick is full of smart, successful, and interesting people and the firm has great clients. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow.

Cons

The hours and commitment are ever increasing. The firm is in a growth phase so there is more opportunity than the firm can handle, it seems at times.
