      Pros

      Bethesda, itself is a beautiful place to work. Plenty of accessible great places to eat, and in walking distance to most employers.

      Cons

      A company full of negative energy, and unprofessionalism. The atmosphere reminds you of high school, in which opinions rank higher than knowledge, respect and hard work. It's apparent my ability to be innovative, supportive and a mentor to the team I had, was not what they wanted. Additionally, I did not fit the prototype being a smart, Black woman - but, I'm sorely missed.

      management, high school-ish environment at times, management shows a lot of favoritism, Atlanta office is not diverse in industries. heavily focused in real-estate
