      Pros

      People are friendly and helpful for the most part. Pay is OK, on the lower side for a large firm. Good opportunity if you don't want a life. A lot of training, but still requires you to make up the client work in addition to the training time.

      Cons

      No work life balance, long hours, working in a confining work room during busy season in the affordable housing practice is so boring! It's a big firm that still acts like a small firm, definite growing pains and power struggle for legacy firms. No performance feedback except for annual review. Meetings out the ying yang! Enough already!

      Good people, growing office with some growing pains

      Pros

      A lot of independence, great online training tools, great administrative staff, certain partners staff extremely brilliant, organized and provide great service to clients. Great opportunity to learn from top specialists in field on cost segregation, credit research, etc.

      Cons

      A bit disorganized but due to office being one of the 'younger' offices, opening within last 5-7 years. Currently mainly affordable housing and NFP (some may love this and not see as a con) but currently limited in other areas which will 'eventually' migrate to Boston due to merger with JH Cohn.
