Pros

-CPE credits -Good Salaries, PTO, benefits -Bonus for CPA exam

Cons

-Extremely political and lots of special treatment given to certain people. -Communication is really poor -Gossip is out of control and is sad since the firm is suppose to be a professional organization -People are willing to do anything to get ahead and will throw individuals under the bus every chance they get. -Lateral hires are basically not trained at all, but yet will quickly be labeled as bad performers -90% of the seniors/managers either unwilling or uncapable of teaching -Real estate is really the only major focus -Some managers/partners don't respect lower level people

*Fringe Benefits are competitive *CPE resources are extensive *The work environment is accepting of all personalities (Atlanta office) *Good place for someone interested in the real estate industry

Cons

*It's like working in a factory. Housing Project auditing on their proprietary software system, Audit Pro, is monotonous and unrewarding. *I saw compliance test findings ignored *It's "check the box" auditing *Management does not value non-real estate professionals *Overall morale is very low, turnover seemed unusually high even for a CPA firm
