Pros

The work is easy and not too stressful. The people that work there are all young and fun. They have good benefits and pay.

Cons

The work is very monotonous. You feel like you are on an assembly line. The upper management is kinda clueless. Working on a non-real estate client is very rare, and when it happens, nobody knows what they are doing.

Pros

Helpful coworkers who tried their best to help you understand what you are doing. Friendly people and a fun atmosphere to work in. Decent pay. Good benefits. . . .

Cons

Don't work here. When upper management makes a mistake they throw you under the bus to shift the blame away from them...............No feedback on your performance before they bash you unexpectedly.

Pros

Small firm feel with larger firm resources and mentality. Clear, defined requirements for advancement. Young-ish leadership. Fun culture with focus on teams.

Cons

It's public accounting, so it's no surprise that there are long hours and billable hours goals to meet. I'm sure it's the same everywhere, but sometimes the hours are tough.
