Can learn if your a fresher.

Cons

The company does not have work life balance. The management does not care about the employees. They say different things during the interview but things are very different in reality. There is a lot of micro management and the company does not care if you leave the firm. The company would make sure it is your mistake and try to blame you for everything. Please clarify everything before you sign the offer letter. The company takes your original documents and will not give you back even if you leave the firm.

Shift timings was really great and good learning opportunity

Cons

The only challenge was to work for 3 months without any weekend off in the busy season of work.. but it also a great experience for us.
