      Pros

      It is a very strong, positive culture with a keen emphasis on teaming and teamwork. People really like each other and like working together which creates a strong feeling of belonging and a desire to "win" as a group and do great work.

      Cons

      Reznick is not always as progressive a "people centric" organization as it could be.
