Pros

It is a young enviroment. Great friendships are built here. We get a lot of vaction time. There are very many training classes. We are fed very well during busy season.

Cons

The team oriented environment restricts you from exploring opportunites outside the team you are assigned when you are first hired. Seniors are paid as seniors and are worked like managers. There is no Reznick standard way of doing things. Everything is done differently depending on what partner or manager you are working for. The firm uses an audit tool that makes audit efficiency easier for the Real Estate clients however it doens't help new audit staff learn how ot appropriately audit. The downside to that is when you stafff one of these individuals on a non Real Estate engagement, they don't know how to connect the dots when auditing.

Pros

Constant growth and job stability. If you are top performer and choose work as your top priority in life you will be treated well. Those who know the firm and industry are likely to go far if you are willing to sacrifice your outside life.

Cons

Tremendous growth has created "growing pains" Though it is promoted verbally, work-life balance is not promoted through deadlines and expectations. Expectations are usually unrealistic and require huge amounts of overtime to achieve.
