A lot of PTO, busy season food and flexibility with schedule

Cons

Underpaid, micromanaged, expect to work 70-80 hours for busy season (have had managers sleep in the office or stay till 4am),

Don’t do it unless you yearn for a sweatshop, be the brunt of your manager’s failure, and lose your mental health

Ability to flex your work hours

Cons

1) So so benefits, (2) minimal 401k match that you don’t receive unless there 3 years and it’s unlikely you will be. (3) Terrible on boarding and IT training (4) you will be wonderful until your manager doesn’t make their target which will lead to you needing to be more efficient.
