      terrible dental and health, poor communication in the office. under staffed and having to make up the work

      Pros

      Intelligent people to work under. Opportunity is there to grow and learn if you really try.

      Cons

      Offices are severely understaffed, and while they get applications they can't seem to hire people so the work life balance they promote is not realistic. There are hours minimums during busy season but you don't end up working much less during the summer.
