Pros

greta benefits, PTO, coworkers are wonderful, Hybrid/Remote work opportunities available

Cons

Timelines are tight and are often not understood by people who do not necessarily work in marketing/comms/proposals. Can mean working long nights or obscure hours while waiting for approvals

Pros

Flexible hours as long as you get the work done. They do not care when you are working. We have been working remotely since the pandemic.

Cons

Your work/schedule really depends on your team. I have been stuck on a team that lacks communication and transparency which has lead to a lack of connection. There are not a whole lot of firm events. I believe this could increase connection. Salary is slightly lower than average for a similar firm.

Pros

Work from home is available Pay is okay

Cons

Some partners can be difficult to work with and seem to make the job more stressful than it needs to be. During busy season they will require 65 hour minimum charge hours weeks
