Pros

Cannot speak for other team, but for the team I am in (Renewables Energy), there are lots of pros: - Flexible work schedule as long as you maintain your core hours to keep in touch with the team for project status or discussion, the team does not care when you start to work or end work. - The team treat you as a professional as long as you keep yourself as a profession (time management and responsibility) - The firm really show that it is supporting your career and create opportunities for your advancement. - Competitive pay and PTO.

Cons

The compensation - medical insurance is not as good as other place.
