      -big bonus (if you get it) -good work/life balance

      Cons

      -no opportunity for career advancement -no guidance from middle and upper management, just expectations -non existing communication, there was a time that a guy was fired and we did not know about it -bad atmosphere

      Good benefits and learning. Lots of opportunities to learn. Good health insurance. Decent compensation. Some good people in subsidiaries

      Cons

      There is a low chance of advancement if not French. Not a lot of career development. There was a poor culture and very low drive toward teamwork.
