The working environment is very good and easy going, there is no stress. Working hours are 8h including lunch.

Cons

The management team is not very helpful, and it seems that they do not understand their duties, as it looks that have been put there by friends.

Some of the people are nice, free onsite parking. Not much else I can think of for the benefits for working for Colas

Management! Don’t join this organisation unless you are willing to keep your head down, mouth shut and work long hours. Employees feel guilty talking to each other in the hallway. The person before me left a note on our desk advising that she left because of the bad culture - I should’ve taken her advice! Not many people have worked there very long unless they are management or the heads down mouth shut type person. Turn over was very high and they sack people for illegal reasons.
