Great place for science. Highly motivating and inspiring work environment Work place is great like a vacation spot. Great benefits. Many free perks attending big conferences at the venue.

You can meet a lot of researchers here and the campus is really pretty.

Cons

The place is isolated and it's inconvenient to go to NYC. The salary is too low... it's not easy to have a comfortable life in New York.
