Nice scenery convenient and benefits are good.

Cons

If you’re looking for a dead end job this would be a good place for you. Seems to be that you must be on same side politically to advance. They preach anti discrimination policies but have seen discrimination on multiple occasions. Mostly to people that have different world views then they do.
