Great environment: hills, forest, beach, great view of the harbor. Life style: very flexible work-life balance. Some PIs are great scientists and very supportive. Many conferences/workshops onsite throughout the year.

Cons

Some PIs are horrible researchers and managers of their groups. Be aware of those. The management of the institute is bad.
