Pros

Coldwell Banker Commercial is a wonderful community of agents, brokers, and executives. Flexibility is the key issue, as there are opportunities to focus your career in whatever direction you want within real estate. Executive management are not distant entities, and they are willing to help however they can.

Cons

Agent positions are independent contractor positions and do not allow for benefits. Working as a leasing agent can only take you as far as your personal/physical limits allow.

Great reputation. Necessary support is provided and all agents are treated fairly. Since coming over from another company I have had nothing but good experience from the top on down.

Cons

As far as real estate offices go there is little to now downside of working with this company.
