Encourages an environment where employees cannot trust each other. Passive aggressive , throwing fellow employees under the bus, no union.

Pros

Highest level of managment cares deeply for the dignity of the clientele served. She has a history of empowering staff (at all levels) to do their jobs, to make decisions, etc. She is good leader who stands behind staff, but is fair when they haved royaly goofed up!

Cons

AAH has gotten so large it's difficult to maintain the kind of relationships described in pro's. New staff don't even get to meet her or to learn from her and the other directors don't all have her skills. New line staff don't get the benefit of learning from the expertise of the more seasoned adminstrative staff.

None, dirty, bugs and very rude employees.

Cons

This was the worst job I have ever worked. As a nurse, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It is so toxic, it will eat you alive.
