Good PTO High pay for CMH Coworkers are there for each other Lots of provided trainings for free Ability to earn bonus

Cons

Poor insurance (Super High Deductible) and limited network High Caseloads leading to high burnout High employee turnaround Too many changes to add to ppw, demanding 24/hr compliance turnaround for completing notes which is often a barrier to receiving a bonus even if you've earned it based on units Upper management is too removed from clinical work/experience
