Pros

Work continuously changed. Trained well. Management cared about clients.

Cons

Difficulties working with other departments. Understaffed. Co-workers not doing what they're supposed to and getting away with it. Often times stayed later than I was supposed to due to being understaffed.

Pros

The people I worked with.

Cons

Management does not care about the employees. Have to take a lot of verbal abuse from the clients and no boundaries are set to protect the employees. Daily expectations are hard to accomplish and you are micro managed by supervisors.

High stress, but not because of the work itself

Pros

Meaningful work, not difficulty to to the actual work, free CEUs, free clinical supervision.

Cons

Frequent turnover on all levels from management to entry level employees, everything is chanotic on a staff level , employees are not controlled well when in conflict with each other and clients, the company is very cheap, starting out with a low amount of PTO, usually bad benefits overall.
