colleagues were great group to work with, unfortunately they have all left as well.

Not a bad company

Pros

Great benefits. Although they had seasonal layoffs, I believe job security is a pro. Learn a lot about team work and efficiency. The people on the floor are mostly friendly and there to help you.

Cons

It was production work so it's very boring. The factory is extremely hot in the summer months, but nice in the winter. Management does not practice what they preach. When they wanted a change in culture, it must work from the top and move down, but it didn't happen there.

Pros

Some of the fellow employees are easy to get along with. Decent starting pay Always have openings Job is very easy

Cons

Poor communication between managers/supervisors/leads so employees suffer Managers pets get hired to positions not qualified for, employees blamed Mandatory overtime with no reguard to people becoming exhausted. Management is ego driven, not production driven Safety practices are entirely reactive instead of proactive. Top out in pay very quickly after starting. Advancement is NOT based on the sweat on your brow.
