Nice people, beautiful campus, decent benefits

Cons

Very political when it comes to promotions, allow poor performers to remain while overloading good workers with more work. Work life balance depends on particular manager - not consistent throughout company. Somewhat of a class structure with respect to grade levels. Benefits were excellent years back but gradually more & more was taken away. They want a young workforce at the expense of not valuing knowledge, skills or loyalty.
