      - Good company culture and caring people - The work-life balance is relatively attainable as compared to similar FMCG giants - Relatively competitive benefits package -

      - HR favors external hires than instead of building leaders from within - Management can become too political in terms of promotion and people movements - Career progression is very very slow if you are home-grown and not an external hire - Cross-functional movements are very rigid

      used to be an amazing company good pay & benefits a flat organization with some higher up people who ruined it over the years

      Cons

      you get a good pay however you pay for that big time very reactive management and full of bullies in the workplace, If you raise the reality in the industry and how we can improve as a company and bring solutions you get flagged no fair workload-some teams do nothing while others do the heavy lifting but still get blamed
